FEE

A nonrefundable application fee of $1,500 must be paid to the department at the time of application.

NEWSPAPER PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS

The cashier of the bank shall publish notice of the change once a week for 4 consecutive weeks in the newspaper that the directors select.
