Repeal of Foreign Capital Depository Act
Please be advised that the Montana Foreign Capital Depository Act was repealed in House Bill 223 by the Montana State Legislature during the 2005 Regular Session. The repeal of the Foreign Capital Depository Act was effective on October 1, 2005.
